1. Overview
This website is operated by Lily McGregor Photography. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Lily McGregor Photography. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Products and Services
We specialize in the sale of photographic products, including digital images and printed products. All images remain the intellectual property of Lily McGregor Photography unless otherwise stated. Purchasing an image grants you a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only unless a commercial license is explicitly purchased.

4. Image Use and Copyright
All photographs are protected by copyright law. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use images for commercial purposes without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Payment must be received in full before delivery of any digital or physical products.

6. Orders and Fulfillment
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. 

Digital downloads: typically available immediately, unless specialty processing has been ordered. 
Prints/products: typically processed and delivered within three weeks. This accounts for printing and mailing.

7. Refunds and Returns

For physical products:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within two weeks of receiving your order.
We may offer replacements or refunds at our discretion.
If an order for physical product has not been received within a reasonable time frame, it is your responsibility to notify us.  Replacement orders will be issued at no additional cost within one month of your original projected delivery date. 

For digital downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final.

8. User Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Third-Party Links
Certain content or services may include materials from third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content or accuracy.

10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lily McGregor Photography from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products.

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
